For those who have carefully planned their ideas and just need somebody to bring everything together on the day, we've got you covered. As a Waiheke event planner, we have years of experience with local events.
Beginning with an initial consult up to three months prior, together we will figure out exactly what you require. Then, we'll commence with putting together a run sheet, we will shape this with all of your ideas and contacts. From there, we'll handle any last minute requests, liaise with vendors, and be there on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything is being taken care of.
'ON THE DAY' SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Assistance throughout the day to ensure the run sheet is followed and all your plans are carried out
- Placement of details: decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.
- Lead planner acting as your main liaison with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors
- 1 or 2 assistants throughout the day
- Acting as the main point of contact for all vendors
- Assisting the family and guests as needed
- Access to our “Event Emergency Kit”
- Complimentary toiletries basket for the female restroom
