OPTION 1 - ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT
For couples who have carefully planned their ideas and just need somebody to bring everything together on the day, we've got you covered.
Beginning with an initial consult up to three months prior, together we will figure out exactly what you require. Then, we'll commence with putting together a run sheet, we will shape this with all of your ideas and contacts. From there, we'll handle any last minute requests, liaise with vendors, and be there on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you can relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything is being taken care of.
'ON THE DAY' SERVICES INCLUDE:
Assistance throughout the day to ensure the run sheet is followed and all your plans are carried out
Placement of ceremony and reception details: decor, centrepieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, escort cards, etc.
Lead planner acting as your main liaison with Caterer/Venue, DJ, MC, Photographer and all vendors
1 or 2 assistants throughout the day
Acting as the main point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
Access to our “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

OPTION 2 - PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE
Maybe you have already secured the wedding and reception sites but require some assistance on a few other vendors. Or perhaps you want to host a micro wedding but need some extra assistance. You might by a 'Type A' kind of couple but you need help to execute all of your ideas. Not everyone requires the full help of a wedding planner from start to finish, but would benefit from some guidance along the way.
The Partial Wedding Planning includes the 'day of' services plus up to 10 hours of consultations where you decide what you need help with, whatever the areas may be. Whether it be finding the best deal for musicians, recommendations on florists or how to navigate picking a photographer, let our planners guide you through the process of reaching your wedding goals.
PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE INCLUDES:
